Bid Or Buy - Fraud on my auctions, What you guys think?

Online auctions have been going on for the past 6 years and here in South Africa we have our very own Bid or Buy. However there are some individuals that want to tarnish our image by practicing unethical things (fraud). Please be careful as you will lose big time here. Here is something that came to my email the other day...

Ans : I need the shipping address to calculate the shipping costs. Please note I will not send the player until the money has cleared in my account. Don't get me wrong but this seems a little suspect, you offering me $1000. I apologies if I'm wrong.
